- Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party service providers we work with. In the event a third-party service fails to deliver, we will assist in initiating a refund process with the respective service provider.
- Gmoney Mingle Services itself does not directly issue refunds unless explicitly stated in our service terms.
Service-Specific Refunds
- Loans and Financial Services: Once applications for loans or financial services are processed, no refund is available as these are non-refundable services facilitated through third-party financial institutions.
- Insurance Services: Insurance premiums paid through our platform are non-refundable. However, in case of errors in processing or cancellations, we will coordinate with the insurance provider for possible refunds as per their terms.
- Travel & Tour Booking Services: For cancellations of bookings, refunds will be processed according to the travel provider’s policy. Refunds for airfare, hotel bookings, or tour packages may include processing fees, and timelines for receiving refunds vary based on the provider.
- GST, ITR, and Compliance Services: No refunds will be provided once the compliance services (GST filing, ITR filing, etc.) have been initiated or completed.
- Utility Bill Payments and Mobile Recharges: These services are final, and refunds will only be provided in the event of a transaction failure or service error.
